Have Questions? We're Here to Help

It depends far more on consistency than on any one session. Red light at 630 and 660nm is absorbed at the skin's surface and supports collagen and elastin. Near infrared from 810 to 940nm reaches muscle and joint tissue. The Glow Pro delivers ≥170 mW/cm² at six inches, which is the output level that makes short home sessions practical. Use it 2 to 14 times a week, starting low.

Cleanse the area and take off all makeup first, because light does very little through foundation. Save serums and moisturiser for afterwards. If you use AHA, BHA, azelaic acid or isotretinoin, check with a doctor before you start.

Between 2 and 14 sessions a week, depending on your goal and how your body responds. Start with two or three and see how you feel. There is no benefit to jumping straight to daily. Once you are happy with where you have got to, a few sessions a week keeps it there.

Before your first full session, run a short one on a small patch of skin at a lower setting, then check the area over the next few hours. If your skin reacts, stop and speak to a doctor.

Between 3 and 60cm, for 5 to 30 minutes per area. Sitting closer concentrates the light on a smaller area, which suits joints. Sitting further back covers more of you at lower intensity, which suits a full back or both legs. Do not go past 30 minutes of cumulative exposure on the same area in one day, though you can move to another area in the same session.

Yes. Press and hold Synchronous Working for five seconds on the first panel, tap the second device when it appears in the list, and confirm. Both then run the same mode, timer, brightness and pulse from one controller.

Usually both, which is why they are in the same panel. Red light works at and just below the surface, so it is the one for tone, texture and clarity. Near infrared is invisible and travels deeper, so it is the one for muscles and joints. You can run either on its own or both together at different brightness levels.

Yes. Mild warmth or slight dryness after a session is normal, so apply a moisturiser. If you feel sharp discomfort or anything unusual, stop and consult a doctor.

Yes, and that is the point of a panel this size. At 91cm it covers shoulders to thigh in one position, and the door kit, wall mount and lifting rope let you set it at whatever height you are working at. Avoid the areas listed under Safety First.

Unplug it first. Wipe the surface with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, and dust behind the panel once a week. Never use corrosive solvents, thinner, gasoline, nail polish remover or wet wipes on the LEDs. Store it somewhere clean and dry, out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

Yes, every session, for the whole session. They are in the box. This is the one instruction in the manual we would ask you not to improvise on.

The panel, touchscreen controller, power cable, mounting hardware, lifting rope, door hanging kit, protective goggles and the user manual.

Avoid the eyes (always wear goggles), mucous membranes, unhealed wounds, and infected or inflamed skin. Also avoid the ears, nipples and areola, the navel, large veins, tattoos, and any area near a pacemaker, insulin pump, or other implant. Wait until sunburned skin has fully healed before treating it.

No to both. Keep the panel away from water, bathrooms, and while bathing. Don't use it if you have a pacemaker, ECG scanner, or any other implanted electronic medical device, as it may interfere with them.
